Rules for Rounding....

1. Find the Place you are Rounding

2. Circle the Digit

3. Underline the digit to the Right

4. If the underlined digit is a 0,1,2,3,or4, the circled digit stays the same

5. If the underlined digit is a 5,6,7,8or9, ADD one more to the circled digit.
